Electric motors powered by battery or fuel cells have been developed with full commitment by our automotive industry for some time now and of course need corresponding test benches. Combustion engines that run on hydrogen, synthetic fuels or in hybrid operation will also retain their importance in drive technology for the future.
For both areas, DASYM has developed the TAIFUN test bench platform as a basis, a modular drive and automation concept with the greatest flexibility and highest test quality.
A turnkey test bench solution based on the TAIFUN platform consists of a configurable drive package, the mechanical structure and controller, the automation system (for electric with battery simulation and power meter), the measurement technology, the conditioning systems (for combustion engine test benches optionally the exhaust gas and consumption measurement technology) and the safety equipment.
